BATTLE HILL FARM CAMPSITE
Kenardington, Ashford, Kent, TN26 2NQ
Nestled on the edge of Romney Marsh Battle Hill Farm was built on the grounds of an ancient Saxon Fort. The site is gracefully overlooked by St Marys Church, a pretty church built back in the 12th century.
Battle Hill Farm is a small, tranquil and well maintained campsite built and maintained by the same family over the past 30+ years. In recent times it has been handed down to the current generation of the family.
Battle Hill Farm is roughly 5 acres of grass with a gentle slope and surrounded by trees. Situated in the middle is a pond which has recently undergone some development to increase in size and to provide a spot for some recreational fishing.
The camping spaces are situated around the perimeter of the field allowing the centre to become a grassed open communal space. This encourages all campers, strangers or not to form a special community bond for a game of football or even just to chat and eat.
Our prices are currently £30 per night or just £25 without electric based on a family of 4 with 1 car. Additional people are charged at £2.50 per night and dogs are charged at £1 per day.
